Where are you based out of? Do you travel?
I am based in Windsor ON, and YES, I actually travel for the majority of my weddings and I highly encourage it! All of my packages are set up to include travel costs into the final price to make it easy and quick to get a quote!
Do you do destination weddings?
HELL YESSS! I have a whole section on my website dedicated to planning elopements in far away places! Some places I have shot weddings/ elopements include : Ireland, Colorado, Tobermory, Mexico and more!!
How many photos do we receive?
It highly depends on the length of the wedding and your day itself, but on average for an 8 hour wedding day I deliver around 1000 photos.
How far in advance should we book?
The sooner the better! I book weddings up to 3 years in advance and suggest booking your venue and photographer FIRST when wedding planning. The sweet spot for booking is usually 12-16 months before your wedding. Although depending on the date of your wedding (high or low season) I take bookings up to 3 months in advance.
Do you deliver RAW photos?
I have had this question more times than I would like to admit, and the answer is always the same; a very hard no. For so many reasons, but mainly because half of the magic and what you are paying for is my edit and how I present my photographs after they leave my camera!
You get all of your images in both Web-size and High-res JPEG files that are amazing quality for you to print them as large as anyone could want. No watermarks, no BS, just amazing edited photos for you to enjoy for a lifetime!
Will you Photoshop us?
I am a huge believer in keeping your photos as true to day as possible. That includes keeping your faces and bodies the way that they were. I am a firm believer in body positivity and especially on the day that you are marrying your best friend, I don't want to change those memories in any way! If you have certain insecurities (we allllll do!) I am happy to work with you on the wedding day while taking photos to minimize those things showing, or keeping you to one side etc but other than that, you are beautifulllllll and I want you to know that. Your partner is marrying you for you, they know what you look like, and I want to keep it that way! I will do small touch ups like fly away hairs and small bruises or cuts etc but I don't believe in changing bodies or photoshopping in that way!
