When I got the inquiry from Carolina to do this shoot, I was automatically in love. She said “ I would love a rooftop shoot, with a nice background” PFFT. My response was obviously “IM DOWN”…. but I had never done a rooftop shoot before and I had some looking to do! Away I went on my computer typing away, trying to find the bestest spot for these two to get the shots that they were looking for, and low and behold, Z lot parking garage in Detroit was 1. A short drive across the river 2. NO PERMITS NEEDED and 3. the top floor was absolutely gorgeous!!
I sent over the idea to Carolina and she loved it!!
When the shoot date came around, I had still not met Carolina or Brandon in person, although I knew Carolina was as nice as could be, I didnt know what to expect.
WELL wasn’t I surprised when they were the absolute cutest couple ever, the sweetest people, OH and they laughed at my stupid jokes!
The light was perfect, their love was palpable and the pictures turned out amazing if I don’t say so myself.
A massive thank you to Carolina and Brandon for giving me this opportunity! You guys are the bestest.
